Along with payment, you will need to include a basic description of the type of website you want (color, theme, details, etc.).

Payments are not refundable. You may upgrade from a static site to a dynamic site at any time by paying the difference ($14), but the hosting service cannot be upgraded. Unexpected site outages are rare but may occur for short periods of time without warning. Cpanel access is not available for any packages, and database edits can only be made through contact support.
